How a Housecall Visit Works

Call 781-202-5922. We will discuss whether your pet’s needs can be addressed with a home visit.

Schedule your appointment. Most appointments will last approximately 1 hour, but additional time may be necessary for first time clients, behavior assessments, or sick or elderly pets. Appointment availability varies, but I will try to find a time that is convenient for you.

Preparing for your appointment: I will email you an online form to fill out before your visit, then I will call you the day of your appointment to confirm timing and plan for arrival.

Your visit: We begin with a discussion of your pet’s health and a review of our goals, then your pet will be examined in a safe and comfortable area of your home. Sometimes an assistant will be hired for patients that are very reactive to handling. Payment is collected at the time of service.

After: You'll receive a summary of your visit via email and a follow up phone call in the following days. Occasionally medications will need to be dropped off to you as well. Communication is extremely important to me, so please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about what we have discussed.
